Book Blurb

All work and white-hot play makes this boss very, very happy.
Collin Marshall, owner of Flash Racing hadn’t planned on jumping back into the dating pool. He’s been burned one too many times by guys only wanting his money and relative fame. But even the boss gets the blues and there's one man he'd like to get to know a whole lot better--Sam Richmond.
Sam Richmond loves his job at Flash. Chief mechanic for both truck teams is a sweet job. Having Collin as eye candy? Even better. When a shipment of parts derails the team’s finishes at Iowa, it’s up to Sam to work with Collin to find a solution. Spending time with Collin forces Sam to see his boss in a new light--a sexy, dominant light.
Can these two continue running hot in and out of bed, or will their differences get the best of them?

Book Review

The first volume in this series let us peek into the world of car racing as seen from a crew chief and his driver's perspective. In this second book, we get to see the mechanic, Sam, and the team's owner, Collin. They've known each other for a while, and Sam has lusted after his boss for years, but only now that Collin's ex has moved away does Sam get his chance.

Sam is a great mechanic, and he loves his job, but he'd give it all up if he could be Collin's submissive. He knows what he wants, how much he can tolerate, and he isn’t looking for a 24/7 sub role. But he does like to give up control in the bedroom, and he is sure Collin can give him all he ever wanted.

Collin is glad his ex finally left, but it has left him lonely. He doesn’t want to remain alone and he figures Sam might be just the guy to complement him. His first attempt isn't exactly brilliant, but he regroups and tries again. Social situations have never been easy for him, but after the initial disaster, I think he does quite well.

If you like stories about men who struggle with their professional and personal priorities, if you enjoy reading about car and truck racing and the men who make it work, and if you're looking for a hot read with some very kinky play, then you will probably like this short story.
